The Home Reset Standard

Five zones

Every clean, walked through the same way

Big franchises train a generic routine. We publish ours — so you can hold us to it. The five zones keep every visit consistent, and your priority notes reshape the time spent inside each one.

02

Bathroom Refresh

03

04

Floor Finish

Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping appropriate surfaces.

05

Final Walk-Through

Job notes, customer priorities, and checklist/photo proof when approved.

What each zone actually covers

Three tiers per zone: what happens on every visit, what a deep clean adds, and what you can bolt on by request. Add-ons are always quoted first — nothing appears on your bill that wasn't agreed.

Honest boundaries

What the standard does not include

Clear exclusions protect your home and the team — and they are the same ones written into our terms, not fine print discovered later.

  • Biohazard, mold, or pest-waste remediation
  • Hazardous material handling
  • Exterior windows above ground level
  • Heavy lifting or moving large furniture
  • Repairs, painting, or trash hauling
  • Carpet extraction / steam cleaning

Your home, reset — without the guesswork.
