What we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect what we need to quote and clean your home, and we do not sell it.

Information you give us
When you request a quote, we collect what the form asks for: your name, email, phone number, ZIP code, optional street address, and details about your home and the cleaning you want (size, condition notes, priorities, preferred timing, access notes).
We use this information to review your request, prepare a quote, communicate with you, and — if you book — deliver and document the service.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure logs basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, which we use for security and to keep the site working.
If advertising measurement is enabled, the site loads the Meta Pixel, which uses cookies to measure ad performance and site activity (for example, that a quote request was completed — never the contents of the form). The pixel only loads if the business has configured it.
Cookies and how to opt out
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, use your browser's tracking-protection features, and manage ad personalization through Meta's Ad Preferences. The quote form works with all tracking blocked.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — such as website hosting, email delivery, and text messaging providers — and only as needed to do their jobs, or when required by law.
How long we keep it
Quote requests and service records are kept as long as needed to serve you and to maintain reasonable business records. If you never become a customer, you can ask us to delete your request at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can, at any time:

- Ask us to correct or delete your information
- Opt out of marketing emails using the link in any message
- Opt out of marketing texts by replying STOP
Children
This site is for adults arranging home services and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
