The full checklist

What a one-time cleaning actually covers

A one-time clean is the full five-zone standard applied once — no plan, no commitment, and your priority rooms front-loaded so the visit lands where it matters most. It is the right tool for a refresh; if the home needs months of buildup reversed, we will tell you honestly that you are describing a deep clean.

Kitchen

Included in the visit:

  • Counters and backsplash wiped down
  • Sink scrubbed and dried
  • Stovetop degreased
  • Appliance exteriors polished — fridge, oven, dishwasher
  • Microwave cleaned inside and out
  • Table and chairs wiped
  • Trash emptied and liner replaced
  • Floors vacuumed and mopped

Bathrooms

Included in the visit:

  • Toilets cleaned and disinfected, base included
  • Showers and tubs scrubbed and rinsed
  • Sinks, counters, and fixtures shined
  • Mirrors polished streak-free
  • Touchpoints wiped — handles, switches, knobs
  • Trash emptied
  • Floors vacuumed and mopped

Bedrooms and living spaces

  • Open surfaces dusted with damp microfiber
  • Furniture straightened, cushions reset
  • Mirrors and glass tabletops polished
  • Cobweb check in corners and ceilings
  • Stairs vacuumed
  • Bedrooms tidied, beds straightened
  • Trash emptied

Floors

Included in the visit:

  • Carpets and rugs vacuumed
  • Hard floors swept or vacuumed before mopping
  • Mopping matched to the floor type
  • Entry mats vacuumed

Where your priorities steer the visit

One visit, budgeted around what you name:

  • Guest-facing rooms polished first when an event is coming
  • Problem areas get extra time when you flag them
  • A single visit refreshes — it cannot reverse heavy buildup everywhere; that is a deep clean, and we will say so
  • Priority notes from the quote form drive the time budget

By-request add-ons

Quoted up front and folded into the same visit:

  • Interior oven
  • Interior refrigerator
  • Interior windows
  • Laundry folding
  • Bed changing with fresh linens
  • Light organization

Timing

When a one-time clean is the right call

The situations that bring Front Range homes to a single, focused visit.

Guests on the calendar

In-laws Friday, dinner party Saturday — a one-time clean puts the guest-facing rooms and bathrooms at hosting standard.

After a busy season

New baby, work crunch, travel month. When life outran the housework, one focused visit gets the baseline back.

A test drive before recurring

The most common on-ramp — see the standard once, then decide about weekly, biweekly, or monthly with zero obligation.

Between deep cleans

Homes that deep clean seasonally often want a mid-season refresh to hold the line without the full detail pass.

After a small project

Furniture shuffles, a painted room, a weekend of light DIY — a one-time clean clears the dust the project left behind.

Gifting it

One-time cleans make a genuinely useful gift for new parents, recovering friends, or anyone drowning in a season.

Scoping

What shapes the quote

No flat menu pricing — these are the factors a person weighs when reviewing your request.

  • Home size, levels, and number of bathrooms
  • Current condition — honest notes get accurate quotes
  • How many priority rooms you name, and what done-well means in them
  • Add-ons selected
  • Date flexibility — flexible windows confirm faster
  • Access, parking, and pets

Common questions

Quick answers

The questions customers ask most before booking this service.

What is the difference between a one-time clean and a deep clean?

A one-time clean is the standard maintenance visit performed once — great for refreshes. A deep clean budgets substantially more time per room to reverse buildup: grout, grease, scale, baseboards, fan blades. If your condition notes describe buildup, we will recommend the deep clean rather than under-scope the visit.

Can I get a same-day or weekend visit?

We do not guarantee same-day availability — that would be a promise we cannot always keep. Give a preferred date and a flexible time window in the request and we will confirm the earliest real slot, which is often faster than you expect.

Do I need to do anything before the visit?

Tidy clutter, not dirt. Clearing counters and floors of belongings means the entire visit goes toward actual cleaning. Settle the access plan and pet arrangements in the request, and you are done.

Can a one-time clean turn into recurring service?

Anytime — it is the most common path to a recurring plan. Your priority notes and job notes carry straight over, so the first recurring visit starts with everything we learned.
