FAQ

Cleaning service questions, answered clearly.

Straight answers about quotes, scheduling, scopes, and what the service does and does not include.

How do quotes work, and how fast will I hear back?

You describe your home, priorities, and preferred timing in three quick steps. A real person reviews every request — typically the same business day when possible — and replies with a clear scope and price to confirm. Nothing is booked until you approve it.

What affects the price of a cleaning?

Size, current condition, frequency, add-ons, and access. A first-time deep clean takes longer than a maintenance visit on the same home, which is why we review every request individually instead of quoting from a flat menu.

Can I choose priority areas?

Yes — this is central to how we work. Every quote request asks for your priority rooms and notes, and those priorities are scoped into every visit so the spaces you care about most are always done to standard.

Do you offer instant booking?

Not yet, and that is deliberate. The site collects quote requests and preferred dates, then a person confirms scope, price, and timing with you directly before any appointment is treated as booked. No surprises on either side.

What add-ons can I request?

Interior oven, interior refrigerator, interior windows, baseboards, blinds, laundry folding, bed changing, and light organization. Pick them right on the quote form and they are priced into your quote — add-ons are never tacked on during a visit without your OK.

Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?

Supply details are confirmed in your quote. If you have product preferences, allergies, or surfaces that need specific care — common with hardwood and stone — note it in the request and we will confirm who brings what before the first visit.

Do I need to be home during the visit?

No. Most customers are not. A door code, lockbox, or other access plan in your quote notes works fine — just keep it consistent so every visit starts on time.

Do you clean homes with pets?

All the time — this is Colorado. Tell us about your pets in the request: how the team should expect to meet them, and whether gates, crates, or a closed room are part of the plan. Pet hair and dander are among the most common priority requests we scope for.

Do you clean apartments and condos?

Yes. The quote form has fields for building access, elevators, parking, and HOA details so smaller-space visits are scoped and scheduled smoothly.

Do you clean offices?

Small offices and light-commercial spaces can request a quote. Medical-grade, industrial, and regulated-facility cleaning are excluded unless a documented program is added later.

What will you not clean?

Biohazards, mold remediation, pest waste, hazardous materials, exterior windows above ground level, and anything requiring repairs or heavy lifting. Clear exclusions protect both your home and the team.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Give us 48 hours' notice and there is no fee — the slot simply goes back to the schedule. Shorter notice is covered in the Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy, and if weather makes travel unsafe and we move the visit, that is never charged to you.

What if something was missed or damaged?

Tell us within 48 hours of the visit. Every report gets a good-faith review, which can include coming back to re-clean the area in question. The final walk-through step of every visit exists to catch this before we leave.

Are reviews shown on the site real?

There are none yet, and we will not fake them. No invented stars, names, or counts — genuine customer reviews will be added as the business earns them, with permission.

Your home, reset — without the guesswork.
